| Laryssa is an Auckland based actor, born and raised in Canada. Her passion for the performing arts began through public school and community theatre. After moving to New Zealand, she expanded her career with an action role in Amazon’s The Rings of Power, a speaking role in Power Rangers: Dino Fury, and a singing and dancing role in Lee Tamahori’s The Convert. In 2022, Laryssa briefly trained with NIDA and, in 2024, began studying under acting coach Kacie Stetson. Beyond acting, she embraces the physical demands of stunt training—sharpening her sword skills with stuntman Andrew Stehlin and refining her precision through dance, horse riding, and archery. |
