Katy Thomas is a two-time Guinness World Record holder in yoga, an on-screen talent, and a public speaker. With decades of experience in broadcast TV, Katy has honed her expertise in social media and PR, growing online communities to over 100K for global brands such as Yamaha, Thin Lizzy, and others.

Katy recently triumphed in Meta and TikTok’s Creator Con and was recognized as one of the Top 5 Social Justice Influencers by FeedSpot. A published author and advocate, she leverages her social media platforms to champion law reform, with her work featured on billboards across the country and in news outlets worldwide.

In 2023, the UN and UNESCO acknowledged Katy as a key indigenous voice, inviting her to New York for media training at the Ford Foundation Centre for Social Justice. She also holds leadership positions in disability-focused and child-serving NGOs and is a certified SSP and RRP Clinician.

With 28 years of yoga practice, Katy centers herself through movement, breath, and quality time with her children.
