Ayesha is an Auckland-based actor and writer.

A former Assistant Professor of English, she has taught at universities worldwide and authored two novels and multiple short stories, some published internationally. As an actor, she has appeared in Shortland Street, various short films, TVCs, and stage productions.

Most recently, Ayesha starred in Call Girls by James Carrick, produced by Phoenix Theatre, which earned a 2024 ACTT nomination for Outstanding Comedy.
